Strong LIFE

The Strong Life program helps you dial in macronutrient requirements, nutrient timing, and strength training to support body composition and maintenance of muscle mass as a plant-based or vegan athlete.

​We will work to together to tweak your current routine, habits and systems to support the inclusion of more strength training while supporting nutrition needs for health and optimal performance.

Longevity LIFEstyle

My aim is to inspire, educate, and empower you to move toward what nourishes you and makes you happy.

 

During our work together, you will decide which goals to work on, engage in neuroscience-based strategies and self-leadership with the aim of designing a life you love.

I will also work with your healthcare team, if needed, to help you meet specific medical-health goals.
