It’s the New Year - What has this temporal landmark got you dreaming about?


Temporal landmarks are special days that mark beginnings, like the first day of the year, a birthday, first day of school or any other meaningful date. We are often hopeful during temporal landmarks - and dream of a “fresh start” that motivates us to set a new goal.


The challenge is what happens next - when life gets messy, and the excitement is gone. You realize you need more - a roadmap to follow, and an accountability partner.

The solution is a coach. A coach will help fuel your motivation and build momentum by dialing in the day-to-day training, nutrition, race day prep, and recovery - a plan tailored to your goal, fitness level, and lifestyle.

Success isn’t built on perfect “green dot” Training Peaks weeks [weeks where you complete all workouts perfectly]. It’s built by maintaining basic healthy habits while you are being tested by the messiness of life.


Improved performance comes when we can stack a series of good habits while completing “green dot” training weeks. A coach will challenge you to create systems where good habits become the new default. It’s then that you raise the overall performance bar.
