Unlock Your Cycling Potential with a Professional Bike Fit
“In order to maintain the right position, you have to be able to breathe in that position.” - Courtney Stearn
Triathletes benefit greatly from a professional bike fit. Triathlons require spending several hours on the bike. A proper fit ensures comfort, improved efficiency, reduces the risk of injury, and offers significant aerodynamic gains. A bike fit tailors your bike setup to your specific anatomy, and gear to improve fit, and overall performance.

I recently visited FitWerx in Peabody, Massachusetts for a professional bike fit. The experience was impressive. The team at Fit Werx demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. We made several adjustments to my bike setup using their computerized system that resulted in a more aerodynamic and comfortable position. I am riding more efficiently, and breathing comfortably.
According to Dean Philips (owner and fitter) , it will take about 600 miles for my body to fully adapt to the new muscle recruitment pattern. In just 150 miles, I felt dramatic improvements in: my ability to breathe in motion, biomechanics, and power output.
The entire team @fw2bikes are high frequency humans - each with their own expertise: Dean Philips, owner and fitter. Carolyn helped with scheduling. @stephenkozowyk tuned up a few things on my Cervelo and took these fantastic photos.
